Roles & Responsibilities
\* Engage with potential customers via phone calls, providing information about NEET-PG/FMGE courses.
\* Convert leads into sales and ensure smooth handover to the post-sales team.
\* Manage and update customer information in our CRM or sales software.
\* Collaborate with the sales manager for daily reporting and performance tracking.
\* Assist in developing and executing strategies for user acquisition and sales growth.
Qualifications:
Requirements and skills-
\* 1-2 years of experience in abroad counselling, preferably in MBBS , NEET courses
\* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\* Proficiency in CRM management or similar sales software.
\* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\* A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
