About the Role: As a Resident Medical Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing primary health care to plantation workers and their families, ensuring their well-being and safety.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing primary health care to plantation workers and their families.
- Managing medical emergencies and occupational health & safety.
- Conducting health education sessions for the plantation worker community.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintaining medical records and reports.
- Overseeing paramedical and other healthcare workers.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- An MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Adequate experience in handling clinical and public health setups with 10+ years.
- Age criteria: up to 50 years.
- Preference for female candidates only.
