About the Role: We are looking for a highly competent and dedicated Anesthetist and Critical Care Intensivist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Singrauli. The ideal candidate will provide anesthesia services during surgeries and manage critically ill patients in the ICU with advanced care, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical procedures (elective and emergency)
- Evaluate patients preoperatively and manage post-anesthesia recovery
- Provide advanced life support and critical care in ICU settings
- Handle ventilator management, sedation protocols, and emergency interventions
- Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and nursing teams to ensure optimal critical care
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure adherence to ICU protocols and infection control practices
- Participate in clinical audits, code blue situations, and staff training
- Stay updated with the latest in anesthesiology and critical care medicine
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Anesthesiology or Critical Care Medicine from a recognized institution
- Valid registration with MCI or State Medical Council
- Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, ventilator management, and emergency procedures
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm and precision
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ethical, patient-focused approach
