About the Role: The Medical Officer will play a crucial role in providing medical check-ups and consultations to the community through Mobile Medical Units (MMUs), ensuring compliance with government protocols and maintaining medical inventory.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conducting MMU camp duties as per visit roster and performing medical check-ups of the serving community.
- Supervising the availability of inventory and supplies of drugs, reagents, and equipment at MMU.
- Conducting home visits for elderly and severely sick patients.
- Collaborating with specialists and health facilities for timely referrals.
- Analyzing medical check-up data and providing counseling sessions.
- Managing the team and their capacity building.
- Ensuring optimum utilization of available resources of the MMU.
- Maintaining confidentiality of patient data and adhering to protocols.
- Preparing trends of communicable and non-communicable diseases.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MBBS degree with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in public health programs.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Registration with the National Medical Council is mandatory.
