Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Gynaecologist at Aviyana Ventures Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to female patients, assisting in their health journey through various stages of life.
How You'll Contribute:
- Assist senior gynaecologists in patient consultation, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Conduct initial gynaecological assessments, including menstrual, fertility, pregnancy, and menopause-related issues.
- Support in managing antenatal, prenatal, and postnatal care for female patients.
- Monitor and manage common gynaecological conditions (e.g., PCOS, infections, menstrual disorders).
- Provide family planning and contraceptive counselling.
- Perform minor clinical procedures as per hospital protocol.
- Handle emergency gynaecological cases under supervision.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with clinical documentation norms.
- Collaborate with the nursing and diagnostic teams for coordinated patient care.
Skills to Succeed:
- Basic clinical knowledge in women’s health.
- Empathetic communication with female patients.
- Ability to handle gynaec emergencies under guidance.
- Familiarity with ultrasound interpretation is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including OPD, IPD, and emergency duty.
