About the Role: As an AFIH Factory Medical Officer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of the Occupational Health Centre (OHC) and ensuring the health and safety of employees.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing complete OHC operations
- Leading all internal and external audits
- Conducting training sessions
- Managing the pharmacy and medical inventory
- Supporting compliance with regulatory health standards
- Conducting health assessments for employees (Half-yearly / Annual)
- Performing fitness assessments for new hires
- Managing occupational health hazards
- Providing medical care and advising on health and safety protocols
- Developing health programs and documentation
- Conducting periodical medical examinations
- Collaborating with tie-up hospitals and local ESIC dispensary
- Managing government health department audits and reviews
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Qualification: Preferred MBBS with AFIH or MBBS with a minimum of 2 years' experience
- Ability to work in 3 shifts, as the OHC is functional 365 days a year
