About the Role: As an Occupational Health Center (OHC) Doctor, you will play a crucial role in providing medical consultation and treatment to employees in an on-site clinic, ensuring their health and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage On-Site OHC OPD, providing medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient patient flow.
- Supervise the OHC facility and ensure compliance with NMC guidelines and best practices.
- Actively participate in vaccination drives and health check-up campaigns.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for patient management and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest medical knowledge and treatment guidelines.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MBBS degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing OPD at OHC clinics.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Strong clinical knowledge in Occupational Health and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and lead compliance efforts.
