About the Role: The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care and supervision to patients admitted to the hospital, ensuring high standards of medical practice.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide immediate medical attention and treatment to admitted patients.
- Monitor patient conditions regularly and update medical records accurately.
- Perform initial assessments and investigations for emergency cases.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Coordinate with consultants, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare staff for patient care.
- Supervise junior doctors, interns, and medical trainees.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and medical protocols.
- Assist in medical audits, quality improvement programs, and clinical governance activities.
- Participate in emergency medical response teams and on-call duties.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient history, examination, diagnosis, treatment, and progress notes.
- Educate patients and their families about the illness, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MBBS/BAMS/BHMS Degree from a recognized university.
- Registered with the relevant Medical Council.
- Valid license to practice medicine.
- Experience: 1 to 10 Years.
