Your Core Responsibilities: - Diagnose and manage a wide range of surgical conditions in adult and pediatric patients. - Perform elective and emergency surgical procedures with adherence to safety standards. - Conduct preoperative assessments, develop surgical plans, and provide postoperative care. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management. - Monitor patient recovery, manage complications, and adjust treatment as needed. - Supervise and mentor junior surgeons, residents, and surgical nursing staff. - Maintain accurate and timely medical records of surgical procedures and outcomes. - Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and hospital protocols. - Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and research activities.
