How You'll Contribute: - Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU and emergency settings. - Assess, diagnose, and manage life-threatening medical and surgical conditions. - Monitor and manage advanced life-support systems including ventilators and invasive monitoring. - Perform critical care procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and arterial lines. - Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary ICU teams for optimal patient outcomes. - Make timely clinical decisions during emergencies and resuscitation efforts. - Communicate patient status and care plans effectively with families. - Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
