NICU Staff Nurse

About the Role: As a NICU Staff Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care to newborns and premature infants, ensuring their health and safety in a critical care environment.

What You'll Be Doing: - Provide specialized nursing care to newborns and premature infants in the NICU. - Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, temperature, and growth parameters of neonates. - Operate and manage NICU equipment such as incubators, warmers, ventilators, CPAP, and monitors. - Administer medications, IV fluids, feeds, and oxygen therapy as prescribed by neonatologists. - Assist doctors during neonatal procedures, resuscitation, and emergency care. - Maintain accurate nursing documentation, intake–output charts, and clinical records. - Follow strict infection control and neonatal safety protocols. - Provide emotional support, counseling, and breastfeeding guidance to parents.
