Sr. Consultant/Jr. Consultant - Neurosurgery

Your Core Responsibilities: - Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with neurosurgical conditions of the brain and spine. - Perform or assist in neurosurgical procedures based on experience and competency. - Provide pre-operative assessment and post-operative surgical care. - Manage neuro-trauma, brain tumors, spinal disorders, and vascular neurosurgical cases. - Interpret neuroimaging studies such as CT, MRI, and angiography. - Handle neurosurgical emergencies and critical care cases in coordination with ICU teams. - Ensure compliance with surgical safety protocols and clinical guidelines. - Maintain detailed surgical records and patient documentation.

Essential Skills & Experience: - DNB in Neurosurgery or equivalent. - 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience. - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and patient care. - Effective communication skills.
