About the Role:
As a Fertility Director at Garbhagudi IVF Center, you will oversee the operations of the andrology and embryology labs, ensuring excellence in patient care and laboratory practices.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Hire, train, deploy, and retain andrology and embryology technicians.
- Define and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Improve turnaround times (TATs) in the andrology and embryology labs.
- Maintain equipment in the labs and track costs effectively.
- Manage clinicians, ensuring ethical standards and clinical practice adherence.
- Monitor success rates of treatments and implement innovative practices.
