About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Hematologist at Jay Prabha Medanta Superspecialty Hospital. You will be pivotal in diagnosing and managing patients with complex blood disorders.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage patients with blood disorders including anemia, leukemia, and coagulation disorders.
- Conduct and interpret hematological investigations such as CBC and bone marrow studies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy and transfusion therapy.
- Provide consultations for outpatient and inpatient hematology-related conditions.
- Collaborate with oncologists and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor treatment response and manage therapy-related complications.
- Supervise junior doctors and laboratory staff as needed.
