About the Role: As a Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive healthcare under physician supervision.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct patient histories, physical examinations, and basic diagnostic assessments.
- Assist in diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory tests and imaging studies.
- Perform minor procedures and assist in surgical or medical interventions.
- Educate and counsel patients on disease prevention and treatment plans.
- Document patient encounters accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient responses to therapies and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Participate in quality improvement and continuing medical education activities.
