About the Role:
Join KP Institute of Medical Sciences (KPIMS) as a Sr. Consultant/Jr. Consultant in Microbiology.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform microbiological testing including bacteriology, virology, mycology, and parasitology.
- Interpret culture, sensitivity, and serological test results accurately.
- Support infection control practices and antimicrobial stewardship programs.
- Oversee laboratory quality control and biosafety protocols.
- Collaborate with clinicians for diagnosis and treatment guidance.
- Monitor hospital-acquired infections and resistance patterns.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Participate in audits, research, and continuous medical education.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB in Microbiology.
- 1 to 5 years of work experience.
- Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
