About the Role: Join KP Institute of Medical Sciences as a key player in the emergency department.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage the hospital’s emergency department operations.
• Provide immediate assessment, triage, and treatment of acute and critical cases.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, nurses, and emergency staff.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care and referrals.
• Ensure adherence to emergency protocols, patient safety, and quality standards.
• Manage resources, equipment, and logistics within the emergency department.
• Participate in training, audits, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Handle disaster management and mass casualty situations effectively.
