About the Role:
Join the SLG Hospital team as a Medical Oncologist and make a profound impact in the field of oncology.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Evaluate and manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
- Prescribe and administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy.
- Monitor treatment response, side effects, and adjust therapy accordingly.
- Coordinate care with surgical and radiation oncologists and multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct clinical assessments, order investigations, and interpret diagnostic results.
- Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis.
- Participate in clinical trials and research, contributing to evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
