Your Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct OPD consultations, eye examinations, and vision assessments.
- Diagnose and manage ocular diseases such as cataract, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy.
- Perform ophthalmic procedures and surgeries as per expertise.
- Interpret diagnostic tests including OCT and fundus photography.
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Coordinate with optometrists and OT staff.
- Counsel patients on treatment options and preventive eye care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure protocol compliance.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong skills in communication and patient counseling.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
