About the Role: As an Attending Consultant in Critical Care, you will lead the clinical management of critically ill patients in the ICU.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
- Supervise ventilator management, hemodynamic support, and organ failure management.
- Handle complex medical emergencies and code blue situations.
- Guide and supervise senior residents, junior doctors, and ICU nursing staff.
- Perform and oversee invasive procedures including intubation and central/arterial line placement.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care with other specialties and support services.
- Communicate with patients’ families regarding prognosis, treatment plans, and outcomes.
