About the Role:
Join the KP Institute of Medical Sciences (KPIMS) as an Attending Consultant/Associate Consultant - Emergency Head.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage the emergency department as Attending/Associate Consultant.
- Oversee triage, assessment, and treatment of all emergency cases.
- Provide critical care interventions for life-threatening medical and surgical emergencies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and paramedical staff.
- Ensure implementation of hospital protocols, patient safety, and quality standards.
- Supervise resuscitation, emergency procedures, and trauma management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of emergency cases and clinical interventions.
- Participate in audits, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
