What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver comprehensive critical care services.
- Manage life-threatening patient conditions in the ICU and high-dependency units.
- Conduct advanced hemodynamic monitoring and organ support therapies.
- Lead emergency interventions and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure adherence to protocols, infection control, and patient safety.
- Participate in quality improvement and continuing medical education.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A DNB in General Surgery.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong decision-making and communication skills.
