About the Role:
Join KP Institute of Medical Sciences (KPIMS) as an Attending Consultant/Associate Consultant in Urology, where your skills will directly impact patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide comprehensive urological care as an Attending/Associate Consultant.
- Diagnose and manage urological conditions including renal, bladder, prostate, and male reproductive disorders.
- Perform endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open urological procedures as required.
- Conduct outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, and emergency urology care.
- Ensure thorough pre-operative evaluation and post-operative patient management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital policies and protocols.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and continuing medical education.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB in General Surgery with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong skills in Patient Care, Communication, Decision Making, Attention to Detail, and Problem Solving.
