About the Role:
Join our team as a Sr. Resident-Critical Care, where you'll be pivotal in managing critically ill patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage critically ill patients in ICU under the guidance of consultants.
- Perform detailed clinical assessments and formulate treatment plans.
- Monitor ventilated patients and manage airway, hemodynamics, and organ support.
- Handle medical emergencies, codes, and rapid response situations.
- Supervise junior residents and coordinate with nursing staff.
- Interpret laboratory results, ABGs, imaging, and adjust therapy accordingly.
- Assist in invasive procedures such as central lines, arterial lines, and intubation.
- Ensure accurate documentation, daily progress notes, and handovers.
- Adhere to ICU protocols, infection control, and quality standards.
