About the Role:
As a Resident Medical Officer in Critical Care, you will play a crucial role in providing quality medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide round-the-clock medical care to critically ill patients in ICU.
- Monitor patient vitals, clinical status, and response to treatment.
- Assist consultants during procedures, emergencies, and rounds.
- Initiate and manage life-support systems and ventilators.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code situations.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and allied healthcare teams.
- Follow hospital protocols, patient safety, and infection control guidelines.
