Join our esteemed Fortis Hospital as a Senior Resident in Emergency Medicine where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional emergency care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide immediate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of emergency and trauma patients.
- Manage acute medical, surgical, and trauma emergencies in the Emergency Department.
- Perform and assist in emergency procedures such as intubation, resuscitation, and suturing.
- Supervise and guide junior residents and interns during emergency care.
- Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams for patient management.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and treatment plans.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, patient safety, and infection control guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients and attendants regarding condition and care.
- Participate in emergency drills, audits, and quality improvement activities.
