About the Role:
Join Medanta The Medicity as an Associate Consultant CTVs, where you'll provide crucial support to cardiothoracic surgeons during patient management.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist CTVS surgeons in managing pre- and post-operative patients.
- Participate in major cardiac and thoracic surgeries as second assistant.
- Manage ICU patients including ventilated and post-op cardiac cases.
- Coordinate with anesthesia, perfusionists, and ICU teams.
- Perform bedside procedures such as central lines, drains, and wound care.
- Monitor hemodynamics and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Counsel families regarding surgery, recovery, and follow-up plans.
- Maintain OT notes, ICU charts, and case documentation.
