About the Role: As an Associate Consultant in Pediatrics Critical Care, you will manage critically ill children in the PICU, including ventilated patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform emergency procedures such as intubation and central lines.
- Monitor vital signs, labs, and hemodynamic parameters continuously.
- Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with senior consultants.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care with specialists and nursing teams.
- Counsel parents during critical care situations with empathy.
- Ensure infection control and strict ICU safety protocols.
- Maintain PICU documentation and progress records.
