About the Role:
Join Medanta Hospital as a Pediatric Intensivist, providing specialized critical care to infants, children, and adolescents.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide specialized critical care in the Pediatric ICU (PICU).
- Assess, diagnose, and manage life-threatening illnesses and complex medical conditions.
- Perform advanced procedures including intubation and resuscitation.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams including nurses and pediatric subspecialists.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with families to provide updates and support.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and clinical protocols.
- Manage emergency situations including trauma and respiratory failure.
