About the Role:
As a Neurosurgeon at JIET Medical College and Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients with complex neurological disorders.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and treat patients with disorders of the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and spine requiring surgical intervention.
- Perform complex neurosurgical procedures, including tumor removal, trauma surgery, and vascular surgeries.
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations, imaging reviews, and risk assessments for surgical candidates.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and post-operative care strategies for patients.
- Collaborate with neurologists, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
- Monitor patient recovery, manage complications, and provide follow-up care.
- Participate in academic research, clinical trials, and publish findings to advance neurosurgery practices.
