About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Consultant/Associate Consultant/Sr. Consultant in Cardiac Anesthesia to join our dynamic team at Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide perioperative anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac surgeries and procedures.
- Assess patients preoperatively, including reviewing medical history, investigations, and risk factors.
- Administer anesthesia, monitor hemodynamics, and manage critical intraoperative events during cardiac procedures.
- Perform transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) and other cardiac monitoring techniques as required.
- Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and ICU teams for comprehensive patient management.
- Manage postoperative care in the cardiac ICU, including ventilator support and pain management.
- Develop and implement anesthesia protocols, guidelines, and safety measures for cardiac procedures.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, morbidity, and mortality reviews.
