About the Role:
Join Mahabodhi Medical College & Hospital as a Senior Resident in General Surgery, where you will provide surgical care and contribute to patient management under consultant supervision.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide surgical care in OPD, IPD, and OT under supervision.
- Assist in preoperative, operative, and postoperative management.
- Participate in ward rounds and maintain progress notes.
- Perform routine surgical procedures under supervision.
- Ensure patient safety and follow surgical protocols.
- Participate in academic activities, case discussions, and CMEs.
- Supervise interns and coordinate with nursing staff.
- Handle on-call duties and emergency surgeries efficiently.
