About the Role:
As a Senior Resident in Ophthalmology, you will take on crucial responsibilities in patient care and surgical assistance.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform clinical evaluations, diagnoses, and management of patients with eye disorders in OPD, IPD, and emergency settings.
- Assist consultants during various ophthalmic surgeries such as cataract, glaucoma, squint, and retinal procedures.
- Conduct detailed eye examinations including slit-lamp evaluation, fundoscopy, visual acuity, and refraction.
- Manage ophthalmic emergencies including trauma, acute glaucoma, and retinal detachment symptoms.
- Participate in daily rounds, document clinical findings, and update treatment plans.
