About the Role:
As a Senior Resident in Joint Replacement, you will assist in the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with joint disorders requiring surgical or conservative treatment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support consultants during joint replacement surgeries such as Total Knee Replacement (TKR), Total Hip Replacement (THR), and revision procedures.
- Perform pre-operative assessments, prepare patients for surgery, and manage post-operative recovery protocols.
- Monitor surgical sites, manage dressings, drains, and ensure proper wound healing.
- Conduct daily rounds, document patient progress, and update treatment plans accordingly.
- Assist in managing orthopedic emergencies, trauma cases, and post-operative complications.
