Your Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with neurological and neurosurgical conditions.
- Support consultants in performing neurosurgical procedures, including pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Perform minor neurosurgical procedures and assist in major surgeries as required.
- Monitor neuro-vitals, manage ICU/critical care neurosurgical patients, and respond to emergencies.
- Conduct regular rounds, document clinical findings, and update treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as CT, MRI, EEG, and other neuro-investigations.
- Coordinate closely with anesthesiology, radiology, critical care, and nursing teams.
- Manage trauma cases, including head injuries, spinal injuries, and related neurosurgical emergencies.
