About the Role:
Join our esteemed team at Mediversal Simran Multi Super Specialty Hospital as a Senior Resident in General Medicine.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with a diverse array of medical conditions.
- Monitor patient progress, review treatment plans, and adjust medications accordingly.
- Perform routine medical procedures such as IV insertions, lumbar punctures, and other ward-based interventions.
- Collaborate with consultants to ensure optimal patient care and timely clinical decisions.
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests including blood investigations, ECG, X-ray, and imaging reports.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and discharge summaries.
- Participate in daily rounds, case discussions, and multidisciplinary meetings.
