About the Role:
Join our team as an Associate Consultant/Consultant in Anesthesia, where you will play a critical role in patient care and surgical success.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide safe and effective anesthesia care for surgical and non-surgical procedures.
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessment and formulate anesthesia plans.
- Monitor patients intra-operatively and manage anesthesia-related complications.
- Deliver post-anesthesia care and ensure smooth recovery.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Participate in emergency and critical care anesthesia services as required.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols.
- Engage in continuous medical education and clinical skill development.
