About the Role:
Join us as a Consultant Neurosurgeon at EMC Hospital in Batala, Punjab.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and perform elective and emergency neurosurgical procedures, including cranial, spinal, and peripheral nerve surgeries.
- Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments, surgical planning, and post-operative care.
- Manage complex and high-risk neurosurgical cases and provide expert second opinions.
- Oversee patient care in ICU, post-operative wards, and during rehabilitation.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior neurosurgeons, residents, and OT staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to patient safety, infection control, and surgical quality standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurologists, radiologists, and critical care specialists.
- Maintain accurate medical records, operative notes, and follow-up documentation.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB Neurosurgery qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong skills in attention to detail, patient care, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
