About the Role:
Join EMC Hospital, Batala as a Consultant CTVS and play a vital role in providing exceptional cardiac and thoracic care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and perform adult and pediatric cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures, including open-heart, valve, CABG, and congenital surgeries.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments, surgical planning, and post-operative management of patients.
- Manage complex cases and provide expert second opinions.
- Oversee ICU and post-operative care for cardiac and thoracic surgery patients.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior surgeons and residents.
- Ensure strict adherence to patient safety, infection control, and surgical quality standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB in CTVS or equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
