Your Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure accurate interpretation of laboratory investigations and reports.
- Manage quality control, laboratory safety, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Provide expert consultation to clinicians on diagnostic findings and disease management.
- Conduct and oversee specialized tests, including molecular and immunohistochemistry assays.
- Mentor junior pathologists, residents, and laboratory staff.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- DNB Pathology qualification required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
