About the Role:
Join EMC Hospital as a Senior Consultant Endocrinology, where you will lead and provide comprehensive care for patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage conditions such as diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and metabolic bone diseases.
- Conduct outpatient clinics, inpatient consultations, and emergency endocrine care.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and long-term follow-up strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated patient management.
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and allied healthcare staff.
- Ensure adherence to patient safety, clinical protocols, and quality standards.
- Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modification, and prevention.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- A DM in Endocrinology qualification.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
