Join EMC Hospital as a Sr. Consultant in Spine Surgery and take charge of leading advanced surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and perform advanced spine surgeries including degenerative and trauma cases.
- Conduct thorough pre-operative evaluations and surgical planning for spine conditions.
- Manage intra-operative decision-making and provide post-operative care for optimal outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor junior surgeons and OT staff.
- Maintain strict adherence to patient safety and quality standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions.
