OT Nurse (Female)

Eternelle Aesthetics is seeking a skilled and experienced OT Nurse to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operation theatre procedures, strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, and a patient-centric approach, particularly within aesthetic or surgical settings.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and doctors during operative, aesthetic, and minor surgical procedures.
• Prepare the operation theatre, instruments, and equipment as per surgical protocols.
• Ensure strict adherence to sterilization, infection control, and OT safety standards.
• Monitor and document patient vitals pre-, intra-, and post-operative.
• Handle OT documentation, checklists, and compliance records.
• Anticipate surgical needs and provide proactive assistance during procedures.
• Manage biomedical waste disposal as per regulatory guidelines.
• Respond efficiently to intra-operative and post-operative medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with doctors, anesthetists, and recovery room staff.
• Guide and support junior nursing staff when required.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 7-10 years (or more) of OT nursing experience (experience in aesthetic / cosmetic / surgical OT preferred).
• Strong knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization methods, and surgical instruments.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procedures efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Only Female Candidates preferred.
