About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide immediate assessment, triage, and care to patients in the Emergency Room.
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition continuously, identifying critical changes.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors in emergency procedures, resuscitation, and minor surgical interventions.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment like defibrillators and ventilators.
- Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and treatment documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team during emergencies.
