- Deliver exceptional care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
- Monitor vital signs and health of critically ill or premature infants.
- Administer medications and nutritional support as prescribed.
- Operate neonatal support equipment, such as incubators and monitors.
- Assist in neonatal procedures and emergency interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and educate parents on care.
- Uphold infection control and hygiene standards.
