About the Role:
Join us as a Ward Nursing Staff and play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare at Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients admitted in general and specialty wards.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions regularly.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist physicians during rounds and minor procedures.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, charts, and patient records.
- Ensure proper hygiene, infection control, and patient safety practices.
- Prepare patients for investigations, procedures, and discharge.
- Educate patients and relatives regarding treatment and post-discharge care.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Skills: Infection Control, Team Work, Communication, Patient Care
