About the Role:
Join our dedicated team as an ICU Nursing Staff at Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital in Dharampur, Gujarat, where you will provide essential care to critically ill patients in our ICU.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU/CCU/HDU.
- Continuously monitor vital signs, hemodynamic status, and neurological condition.
- Operate and manage ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, and syringe pumps.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during invasive procedures and emergency interventions.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, charts, and ICU documentation.
- Follow infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and patient safety guidelines.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A qualification in GNM or BSc Nursing.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in critical care nursing.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of infection control procedures.
