About the Role:
As a SICU Staff Nurse at Medway Hospitals, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care in our Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct patient care and assist doctors during medical procedures.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and clinical condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient medical records.
- Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and infection control practices.
- Assist in emergency situations and follow hospital protocols.
- Educate patients and attendants about care plans and medications.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams for effective patient care.
