About the Role:
Join Mediaid Healthcare LLP as an ICU Nurse in Kutch, Gujarat, and be part of a dedicated team providing critical care to patients in need.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide round-the-clock nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Continuously monitor vital signs, neurological status, and hemodynamic parameters.
- Operate and manage ICU equipment, including ventilators and infusion pumps.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products as prescribed.
- Assess patients for changes in condition and report to the intensivist or physician promptly.
- Assist doctors during invasive procedures and emergency interventions.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation, ICU charts, and handover reports.
- Follow strict infection control practices and patient safety protocols.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A degree in Nursing (BSN) and preferably some experience (0 to 5 years).
- Skills in Attention to Detail, Communication, Infection Control, and Team Coordination.
