About the Role:
Join Mediaid Healthcare LLP as a Cardiac OT Scrub Nurse, where you'll play a vital role in surgical procedures in a stimulating environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for various cardiac surgeries.
- Assist cardiac surgeons during operations by managing instruments and sutures.
- Ensure correct setup and sterility of cardiac OT instruments.
- Perform surgical scrubbing, gowning, and gloving as per established protocols.
- Anticipate the needs of surgeons to provide timely assistance.
- Uphold strict infection control practices.
- Assist with patient positioning and preparation prior to surgeries.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A BSc in Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
- Excellent infection control knowledge and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong team coordination abilities.
